Classes
If you haven’t
guessed it by know, I really love teaching, sharing and
challenging people to learn new Arts. I feel so blessed to be
able to teach what I enjoy doing for fun and leisure. Yes, it is
my job I guess you could say, but I don’t think of it as work. I
have way too much fun doing it.
The current classes and courses being offered are: One Stroke
Painting, Decorative Painting (Tole and Josteva), Batik
Watercolor, Watercolor, Oil Rouging with Pen/Ink, Knitting, Knit
Wool Felting, Needle Felting, Jewelry Construction and Design.
I have taught at the Hobby Lobby store in Toledo, Ohio, since it
opened approximately four years ago in 2004. I also have
returned to teach at the Hobby Lobby store in Adrian, Michigan,
starting again in the fall of 2007. I have completed my fourth
year teaching at Lenawee Adult Education (LISD) at Adrian,
Michigan. In addition, I also teach individuals and groups
privately. My “Ottawa Lake Ladies” are still going strong with
our weekly painting sessions and we are finishing up our third
year in Spring of 2008. Most recently, a Watercolor Painting
group with students from some of my past and current classes,
has started the “First Sunday Watercolor Society”. Prior to this
I taught at Oregon Adult Education for three years in Oregon,
Ohio, for six years at the Michaels Crafts stores in Toledo and
Rossford, Ohio, and Bloomington, Indiana.
